In every successive session you will be supervised, your progress recorded and the correct amount of changes will be made wherever necessary, in order to keep you improving.
Personal training is the best way to stay motivated, learn and eliminate mistakes from the very beginning, or correct your current training approach and break the plateau if you are an intermediate or advanced athlete.
